IPOs, delistings, and the GAMSDAQ Composite

New games now enter the market through IPO subscriptions: bid during the open window and shares are allocated pro-rata when the target fills. Games that fall out of the rankings go through a watch period and an orderly liquidation before delisting — and can return later through a new IPO.

Also new: automatic stock splits keep share prices in a readable range, top holders (5%+) are shown on each game page, and the market page now has the GAMSDAQ Composite — a cap-weighted index of the whole market.

Our currency is now GEM

The in-game currency formerly shown as "G" is now called GEM. Same balance, same value (still play money with no cash value) — just a clearer name. We also expanded the FAQ with how share prices are set and how daily dividends work.

Realtime trading, portfolio P&L, and rewards

The order book, trade feed, and fill notifications now update in realtime over WebSocket — no more refresh delays.

Your portfolio now shows average cost and per-position P&L. Charts gained 1D/1W/1M/ALL ranges, and the market list shows 24h price sparklines.

New ways to earn GEM: invite friends with your referral link and claim rewards for your Steam playtime — both in the Rewards section of your portfolio.

GAMSDAQ open beta

GAMSDAQ is live: a fantasy stock exchange for Steam games. Trade shares of the top Steam games with virtual currency — prices are set entirely by player orders, and holders earn daily dividends proportional to each game’s concurrent players.

Sign in with Steam, get your starting balance, and build your portfolio. Everything is play money — nothing has real-world value. See the FAQ for details.
