How this IPO works

1. 1. Shares are offered at 950 G each, 57,495 in total, sized from current players.
2. 2. Once pledges reach 10,924,050 G, the listing is locked in and a 48-hour countdown starts.
3. 3. At listing, shares are allocated pro-rata to pledges and any excess cash is refunded.
4. 4. If the target is never reached nothing is charged — pledges can be cancelled any time before the countdown.
